The registration fee for the accompanying person includes:

  • Ice Breaker on 9 September
  • Zoo Visit on 11 September
  • 23% VAT
Participation in conference program is NOT included.

Group Registration Instructions

  • Register the first participant and fill in the first participant’s details. Answer questions 1 to 9.
  • Then go in group registration part, select the number of additional participants (excluding the first one). Specify the total number of participants attending the Farewell Dinner (including the first participant). If registering additional participants, enter their details in the next step.
  • Review the payment summary and verify all details. If an invoice is needed, check the box and provide billing details. Click "Register" – complete forms for additional participants (the number of forms will match the number selected in the group registration section).

POSTER Session

We invite participants to present their research and projects during the EAZA2025 Poster Session. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work and engage with fellow attendees.

Poster Guidelines: portrait orientation, A1 format size, poster title.
 
Submission & Printing Options:

Send the poster design for approval to the email address mirko.marseille@eaza.net. If you would like to have your poster printed please contact jakub.rosly@travel.com. This service is available for an additional fee of  € 15 (inc. 23% VAT). Maximum number of posters - 50.

Submission deadline: August 17, 2025.
