Icebreaker
18:30–22:00, Tuesday, 9 September
The Icebreaker taking place on 9 September, 2025, at Orientarium ZOO Łódź, marks the official start of the Annual Conference EAZA2025 and offers the first opportunity for informal networking. It will be an evening where participants can engage in their first conversations, reconnect with colleagues, and meet new people in an inspiring setting. A selection of excellent food and drinks will be provided to enhance the experience and encourage relaxed interactions. This is the perfect way to kick off the conference in a welcoming atmosphere that fosters conversations and meaningful connections.

Zoo visit incl. dinner
16:00–22:00, Thursday, 11 September
On Thursday, 11 September, all conference participants will be able to get to know the Łódź Zoo better. The event program will include, among others, medical trainings, visits to breeding facilities and conversations with zoo keepers. Zoo Visit will be also an excellent opportunity to talk to colleagues from other zoos and eat dinner with them.

Farewell dinner
19:30 - 02:00, Saturday, 13 September
On 13 September, 2025, the Farewell dinner will mark the official closing event of the EAZA2025 Conference, offering a memorable evening to celebrate the success of the past days. Held in the elegant surroundings of Hotel Andel’s, this special night will be the perfect opportunity to reflect on the conference, share experiences, and strengthen professional connections. Guests will enjoy an exquisite dinner, accompanied by live music from a band. Later a DJ will take over the stage, inviting everyone to hit the dance floor and celebrate the end of an inspiring conference.
